My random thought of the moment- In the spirit of spreading "Love and Light" into the world, lets additionally spread "Love and Light" within ourselves. In the habit of self discovery and practicing self-love, cause as you know the things you may say to yourself, you would second guess to say to someone else. Why? Why is this? Why shouldn't we be kind to ourselves first? This journey of self love, awakening and self discovery is a process that entails discipline and work - over and over. This process of falling into bad habits and having to start all over can be a demanding one. Besides prayer and meditation, positive self talk is critical for self progress.
Daily affirmations can help with this practice of speaking kind to oneself. Below are a some affirmations I sometimes repeat to myself and hope you can make a list of your own!

- Accept yourself in every way
